The global manufacturing environment for Pentair, and other industrial corporations, remains extraordinarily challenging. Ongoing inflationary pressures, supply scarcities, labor constraints, and escalating energy and transportation costs continue to negatively impact your business and ours, as well as the economy at large.
We have minimized the impacts of rising economic pressures and remain committed to providing you, our valued customer, with exceptional products, services, and support at competitive prices. To continue to do so, we are implementing an 8% energy and transportation surcharge on all valves, tanks, filtration, and softening products. This surcharge is incremental to current pricing, and is effective on all orders shipped on or after April 8, 2022.
Given the extreme volatility of the energy market, we will continue monitoring this surcharge, and will communicate any subsequent changes based on the cost trends associated with manufacturing Pentair products.
