TERMS OF SERVICE

Return Policy
All returns must have a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number.  Send an e-mail to info@filterpure.com or call 800-942-7873 with name, date of purchase, invoice number and reason for the return. Shipping charges are paid by the customer. Please use shipping method with tracking information to ensure the item is received.

Returned items must be unopened, and in the original packaging, and received within 30 days from invoice date.  Items that are opened cannot be returned.

Any items returned without an RGA number will be returned at the customer’s expense.

Refunds may take up to 15 days to process after the item is received. Special order items will incur a 25% restocking fee.

A call tag will be provided via email or fax for Warranty/Defective item(s) with instructions on return. A product replacement or refund will be determined once the item is received and returned to the manufacturer.

Shipping Prices

Free shipping is available on most Everpure product orders (excluding Everpure Marine products).  All other orders will be charged shipping based on product weight, shipping destination, and shipping method.

International customers will need to contact us for a shipping quote or to arrange pick up of goods.

Sales Tax
Sales Tax will be charged for Florida shipments based on the State of Florida sales tax requirements..   Appropriate county surtax applies.

Dealers and resellers requesting sales tax exemption must forward a current Florida Resale Certificate via e-mail to info@filterpure.com or fax 888-942-7873.

Out of Stock Items
Items that are out of stock may have a 2 to 4 week lead time. Most common items may be available sooner. An estimated delivery date will be e-mailed upon receipt of shipping confirmation from the manufacturer.

Privacy Policy
Information received on this site www.filterpure.com becomes the property of Filter Pure Systems, Inc. Information you provide will be used to fulfill your specific request unless you have given permission to use in another manner.

Your information is secure and can only be obtained by authorized personnel at this company.

We e-mail cartridge replacement reminders, special promotions, new products or service offers once you order from our site. To be removed from this list you will need to contact us by e-mail info@filterpure.com or phone at 800-942-7873.
