A Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number is required for all returned products. To obtain an RGA number, contact Filter Pure Systems, Inc. at 813-626-9600/800-942-7873 or email firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your name, date of purchase, invoice number, product #, quantity, and reason for the return.
An RGA form will be emailed to you providing return instructions. The product and quantity for return will also be noted. The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. Please use a shipping method with tracking information to ensure the item is received, such as FedEx or UPS. Filter Pure is not responsible for returned orders that are lost or damaged during shipping.
Details for Product Returns
Items returned without an RGA number will not be accepted and will be returned to the shipper’s address at the shipper’s expense.
Returned items must be unopened and in the original packaging. Items that are opened cannot be returned and will not be credited.
The RGA # must be shown on the shipment.
Returned items will not be accepted if damaged. If your return goods are damaged during shipping, please contact the shipper to file a shipping claim. Filter Pure is not responsible for return items lost or damaged during shipping.
All returns must be received at Filter Pure within 30 days from original shipment date.
Upon acceptance of the return, a product refund will be issued less a 15% restocking fee. Special order items will incur a 25% restocking fee. Custom or build to order products cannot be returned.
The original shipping cost for all orders shipped with “Free Shipping” will be deducted from the return product credit due.
Shipping and handling fees are not refunded.
Please expect 15 days to process your refund after the item has been received.
Products are covered with a limited warranty by the manufacturer against defects in materials and workmanship.
Within 30 days of receipt, if a product is deemed defective, please contact Filter Pure at 813-626-9600/800-942-7843. Be ready to discuss the product and problem that you are experiencing. Pictures of the product may be needed.
A call tag will be provided via email or fax for Warranty/Defective items with instructions for return if required by the manufacturer. A product replacement can be shipped if in stock. The customer will be billed for the replacement product, but will be credited once the manufacturer accepts the product as defective.
A refund will be issued if requested (in lieu of replacement product) once the manufacturer accepts the product as defective.
In-stock item order cancellations are processed at No Charge if the order is cancelled prior to shipping. If the order has shipped, the order cannot be cancelled, but can be returned by the customer per Filter Pure’s Return Policy. See Return Policy and Details for Returned Product.
Orders for custom-built products and non-stocking items cannot be cancelled once the order has been placed unless agreed upon by the manufacturer. A 25% cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations approved by the manufacturer.
