Sales Leader
As the individual occupying this position, you will be primarily responsible to demonstrate the ability to persuade others while providing superior customer service. You must also be able to communicate effectively to groups and have the ability to manage time and priorities. Your superior interpersonal skills will be used to make you an effective team player focused on meeting goals and objectives. You must have prior success calling on foodservice and/or industrial customers in a competitive market, where your product was most expensive. You must have strong closing skills, exceptional listening, leadership skills and above average problem solving ability. Working knowledge of water filtration very helpful. You must have prior experience of a base salary plus commissions and bonus with the potential to earn more than $100k annually.
