Their construction includes a rigid core which reinforces the filter, making it more durable than comparable filters. The specially-designed micro-fiber engineering allows the filter to combat fiber release, making the filters last longer and perform more consistently than other sediment filters. Because Polydepth cartridges are used almost exclusively for food and beverage applications, they will not impart taste, odor or color on water being filtered.
